Customised & Personalised Orders Policy

All customised and personalised orders require an advance payment confirmation before production can begin, even if Cash on Delivery (COD) is selected at checkout.

Once your order is placed, kindly complete the required payment via Instapay using the details provided below and send a screenshot of the transfer along with your order number via WhatsApp for confirmation.

* Please note that production on customised orders will only begin once payment confirmation has been received. Customised and personalised items are made specifically for you and therefore cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once production has started. Delays in payment confirmation may affect estimated processing times.

Shipping Policy

Products are packaged with love and care at the Kangaroo Studio and shipped within 3-5 business days [5-10 business days if your order includes personal customisations] according to your location.

Return Policy

Kangaroo offers a 10-day return policy after receiving your item. Kindly file for a return request if the product is damaged, within this period of time. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as it was received, unused, unwashed and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof or purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will initiate a pickup. Note that shipping fees will be paid by the customer.

Exchange Policy

Kangaroo has a 10-day exchange policy. Items exchanged must be in their original packaging, unused and unwashed. After your exchange request has been approved, kindly re-order your new product from the website.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
